Force Majeure Disclaimer

Serenity Blossoms shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations with respect to the scheduled delivery of floral arrangements to columbariums, where such delay or failure is due to causes beyond its reasonable control. These causes may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government actions or restrictions, road closures, civil disturbances, or other force majeure events.

In the occurrence of such events, Serenity Blossoms shall make reasonable efforts to notify the client in a timely manner and, where practicable, to reschedule the delivery or provide a suitable alternative arrangement. This clause shall not be construed to require the undertaking of obligations that are impossible or impracticable under the circumstances.
